In the framework of the RES-MAB Project, it is launched a cycle of five training “learning
pills” designed to strengthen capacities in entrepreneurship, social innovation and
sustainable development in the territory, as part of Work Package 6. Each session will
last approximately three hours at most and will take place in the afternoon and off line,
thus facilitating the participation of people who carry out their professional or personal
activities in the morning.
The trainings may be followed in person at the facilities proposed by each reserve (in
the language of each reserve – Arabic, Slovenian, French, Italian and Spanish, made by
AI) or online (available in the language of each reserve and in English). They are also
available later in English. The documentation associated with the learning pills is
provided in each language, translation made by AI, offering flexibility and accessibility
to all interested participants, regardless of their place of residence.
These training pills are aimed at a wide diversity of profiles within the local socio
economic fabric: entrepreneurs, small businesses, associations, third-sector entities,
neighbourhood groups and anyone interested in promoting initiatives linked to the
sustainable development of the territory. The objective is to offer practical tools that
enable the transformation of ideas or identified needs into viable projects aligned with
current challenges of economic, social and environmental sustainability.
Throughout the sessions, different key aspects of the process of designing and launching
initiatives will be addressed. These range from context analysis and the identification of
opportunities to the structuring of business models, economic planning and project
communication. In addition, special attention will be paid to the importance of
community participation and the creation of collaboration networks as fundamental
elements to ensure the success and sustainability of initiatives in the territory.
The topics include content ranging from market research and the definition of target
audiences to strategies for stimulating citizen participation, identifying allies in the local
environment and generating synergies with existing community networks. In this way,
the trainings aim not only to promote individual projects but also to strengthen the local
ecosystem of innovation and cooperation.
The five training pills are designed with a strongly practical approach, action-oriented
and adapted to the social, economic and territorial reality. Through examples, applied
exercises and spaces for exchange among participants, the aim is for each person to
make progress in developing their own idea or initiative.
This training cycle aims to contribute to the promotion of innovative and sustainable
initiatives that strengthen the social and economic fabric of the territory, while also
fostering collaboration among people, organisations and groups committed to the
future.
